Join us for the book release and reception for Life, Art, Community, and Cookery: Stories and Recipes from Alfalfa Restaurant this Friday, May 8th at the West 6th Street Brewery in Lexington, KY from 4:00-7:00pm. This event is co-hosted by the Carrot Cake Collective, Institute 193, and Moveable Feast Lexington. The following afternoon, Saturday May 9th, from 4:00-6:00pm, join us for the opening reception of Eat Your Carrot Cake, an exhibition celebrating the artists featured in the book. The opening reception will take place at 193 SHOP located at 193 North Limestone. All are invited and welcome to join us at both events to celebrate our collective history and this community accomplishment.
